The Culinary Triangle Private Limited is the licensed owner of the brand THEMEATCHOP.IN. Use of the website/mobile app is presented to you bound to the conditions on acceptance of all terms, conditions, and statements mentioned under this Terms & Conditions.
For this agreement, the reference to ‘us’, ’we’, ’our’ refers to the company Culinary Triangle Private Limited and the brand The Meat Chop. Reference to ‘you’ in this policy refers to the users of the website/mobile site/mobile apps of this brand. For convenience purposes, the word ‘platform’ is used to represent the website/mobile site/mobile apps of this brand.
Wherever the context requires “You” or “User” shall remain any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer/purchaser on the platform by providing the details required for the registration process at the time of registration on the platform.
By making use of any of the services provided by us, you are subjected to the rules, policies, guidelines, terms, and conditions applicable to such services and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Terms & Conditions Agreement.
We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or delete portions of this agreement at our sole discretion without any prior notice to you as it is our responsibility to review this agreement and perform the changes accordingly. Your continued usage of our platform indicates that you have complied with the current agreement by default after the required changes have been made.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
How to cancel the order that has been placed?
The order can be cancelled by contacting our customer support at techsupport@themeatchop.in techsupport@themeatchop.in or reaching out at +91 90030 18977. The order cannot be cancelled once it is out for delivery.
How to edit the order that has been placed?
The order placed can be edited by contacting our customer support at techsupport@themeatchop.in or reaching out at +91 90030 18977. The communication for editing the order must be made within 15 mins of placing the order or else the request to edit the order cannot be accommodated. On the modification of the order items, a new order number will be generated, and the previous order will get cancelled.
DELIVERY POLICY
There is a minimum order quantity required for an order to be placed. The cart value must be a minimum of Rs.200 excluding the delivery charges. The delivery rates are charged at Rs.25 for all orders and Rs.35 for express delivery orders. Express delivery takes only 60 mins to get delivered at the doorstep of the customers. The delivery timings range from 07:00 am – 19:00 pm.
STORE WALK-IN POLICY
If you did not receive a bill/invoice for placing an order at any of our retail outlets, you must reach out to our support team by contacting techsupport@themeatchop.in. The complaints will be taken upon and resolved within 2-3 days of receiving them from the user. After the successful process of checking, the money will be credited to the customer's wallet within 5 working days.
PAYMENT POLICY
Online Payment
All your credit/debit information that gets processed/stored during the transactions on our platform are passed through a secure gateway and are PCI DSS compliant. There are no additional charges levied for online payments. If your bank is not listed under our Net Banking section payment options, kindly make the payment through Debit/Credit cards, Online wallets, or through Cash on Delivery.
COD Orders
Apart from online payment options, you can pay for your orders through the Cash on Delivery facility as well. Once the delivery executive reaches your location, you can either pay him through cash or scan the QR code on his app and make the payment through Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe in a hassle-free manner.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENT POLICY
For damaged/defective/wrong items or any quality complaints in order, you can request a replacement, cancellation, or refund by contacting our customer support team at techsupport@themeatchop.in within 15 mins upon receiving the order in hand. Kindly make sure that the packing remains intact when you are about to return the order to our delivery team. On reviewing the order, the replacement will be made, or the corresponding order amount will be refunded back to the wallet within 2-3 working days.
GENERAL
Force Majeure
The Culinary Triangle Private Limited will not be deemed in default or held responsible for any interruption, cessation, or delay in the performance of its obligations towards its customers in case of natural calamities/happenings invoking the force majeure clause.
Termination
The Culinary Triangle Private Limited possesses the right to terminate your access to our platform in its sole discretion in the case of any reasonable breach of the specified terms and conditions. Following the termination, you will not be allowed to access our platform and any outstanding orders will be cancelled without any prior notice.
Law & Jurisdiction
This platform has its origin in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Henceforth, this agreement will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in the state of Tamil Nadu.
